Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors to provide Orenna Restoration Intelligence. Each is bound by contract to process data only as needed to deliver their service. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.

This list is provided for transparency. We will update this page when we add or change a sub-processor.

  • WorkOS — authentication, single sign-on, and identity management. Processes

account identifiers and email addresses. United States.

  • Railway — application hosting, the primary database (PostgreSQL), and job

queues (Redis). Processes application data on our behalf. United States.

  • Vercel — hosting and content delivery for the web application. Processes

web requests; does not store customer content. United States / global edge.

  • Amazon Web Services (S3) — durable object storage for uploaded files and

export bundles. United States (default region us-west-2).

AI model providers

  • Anthropic — AI model inference (Claude). Processes the inputs you submit

for a request and the generated outputs; not used to train models. United States.

  • OpenAI — AI model inference, when you select it or use your own key.

Processes the inputs and outputs for those requests. United States.

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing. Processes billing

contact and payment details; we do not store full card numbers. United States.

Geospatial & reference data

  • Esri / ArcGIS Online and public agency data services — map layers and
